(under subclass 321) Apparatus in which there is provided a member which rotates more than 3605 about a fixed axis, at least one portion of said member, during different segments of each revolution thereof, serving alternately as both a pumping member and a fluid motor working member.

Class 418, Rotary Expansible Chamber Devices, or of the kinetic type as provided for in Class 415, Rotary Kinetic Fluid Motors or Pumps.
