(under the class definition) Apparatus having (1) wheels, skids or other special means to facilitate moving the pump over the surface on which it rests, (2) means which specifically adapts the pump to be supported on some part of a human body or animal, or (3) a handle by which the pump may be carried.
(1) Note. To fall within part (1) of this definition the wheels, skids or the bike must be merely to make the pump ambulant or portable and may not be a vehicle or the like intended primarily for some other function with a pump incidentally mounted thereon (e.g., bicycle and tire pump thereon).
