two or more impellers* wherein (1) the adjustment of one or more impellers is in response to a condition of another impeller or (2) two or more impellers are adjusted in response to a common condition sensing means.
(1) Note. An impeller which is provided merely as an element is the control system for another is not considered to be a "distinct" impeller under this definition.
