(under the class definition) Apparatus comprising a runner* (1) which moves around an axis while the axis is continuously moving its position relative to a fixed support, (2) whose transverse face is oblique or not perpendicular to the axis of the shaft* or (3) which rotates around its axis while continuously rotating around another fixed axis.
