DEFINITION

Classification: 415/25

(under subclass 13) Apparatus comprising a runner* or shaft* and means to regulate flow of fluid in or through the runner* or shaft*, the regulating function started as a result of centrifugal force.

(1) Note. The regulating means may be positioned within or without the shaft* or runner*.

(2) Note. The regulating means may be subjected to the centrifugal force or may be operated by another device subjected to centrifugal force.
