(under subclass 182.1) Device wherein the means comprises a casing* and wherein the working fluid* flow path through the runner* is in a direction other than predominantly inwardly
toward or outwardly from the runner's axis of rotation.
(1) Note. The flow path is often in a direction around the periphery of the runner (i.e., circumferential flow).
