INCLUDING MEANS FOR HANDLING WORKING FLUID LEAKAGE:
(under the class definition) Device comprising means to treat, dispose of, or otherwise deal with a portion of the working fluid* which has passed through a flow preventing or retarding joint between two distinct elements of the device.
(1) Note. Lubricating or other fluid not originating in the working fluid is not considered to be working fluid leakage under this definition.
