Separate runner blade set acted upon for reverse rotation:

(under subclass 152.1) Device wherein the runner* comprises at least two blade* rows. The (selectively adjustable) vane* or other (control) means, when in one position, directs the working fluid* to one of the blade rows to rotate the runner unidirectionally in one direction and, when in another position, directs the working fluid* to a second of the blade rows to rotate the runner unidirectionally in an opposite direction.
