(under subclass 469) Apparatus wherein the vehicle is of a kind which is intended to be towed and wherein the pivotable movement of the load-receiving portion relative to the horizontal is relative also to one or more other elements of the structure of the vehicle; i.e., the vehicle is other than a simple, two-wheel trailer wherein the only manner in which the load-receiving portion can be pivoted is by raising or lowering the tow-engaging end of the vehicle.
