(under subclass 42) Device wherein one (or more) of the tools is caused to rotate by the action of an element which revolves so that any point thereon travels in a circular path within a plane normal to the tool-axis and no two points move in the same path, the driving force of the element being transferred directly to the tool or the tool-support by interengagement of a portion of the tool-support that is offset from the tool-axis with a portion of the element.
(1) Note. The motion of the tool-driving means defined above is similar to that of a pencil writing the letter "O".
