(under subclass 244.1) Subject matter wherein the device uses only one sheet of flexible material having a row of consecutive shields formed thereon and wound into a tubular form so that a single shield may be extracted to blanket the rim of a closet seat while leaving the opening in the seat clear for user access to the closet while sitting upon a sanitary surface.
