Centering from within bobbin or diaphragm:

(under subclass 400) Subject matter for adjustment of voice coil position in the air gap so that the coil and gap axes coincide in which the means for accomplishing this lies within the volume enclosed by a vibrating membrane, or within the volume enclosed by a cylindrical form on which the voice coil is wound.

(1) Note. An example is a flexible disk attached to the inner side of the diaphragm with a number of flexible arms or leaves, with the center of the disk attached by screw to a center pole or stud.
