Minimum shift keying:

(under subclass 303) Subject matter wherein the differences between the mark and space frequencies is at the minimum value still preserving orthogonality (zero cross-correlations) between the mark and space signals and thus providing for efficient detection of the data. Continuous phase is maintained at the mark-space transitions.
