(under subclass 92) Subject matter in which the resonant cavity is designed so that radiation, upon repeated reflection between the primary and feedback reflection surfaces, will progressively move transversely of the optical axis until it clears an edge of the feedback reflector and escapes from the cavity as output radiation.
