(1) Note. Classification here requires more than merely two stations in communication on different frequencies. "Full duplex operation" (i.e., simultaneous transmission and
reception by each station) is required.
(2) Note. FDM duplex systems (i.e., FDM signals simultaneously transmitted and received) are classified here.
