(under subclass 35) Products in which the cushioning means is (1) so positioned in a shoe; or (2) so constructed that, when applied to a shoe; it provides a resilient support between the heel of the wearer and the heel seat surface of the shoe (that is, the area of a sole at which a heel is attached).
