DEFINITION

Classification: 351/61

(under subclass 41) Subject matter having lenses of narrow vertical dimension which lie well below the horizontal line of vision and provide unobstructed vision over the top of the lenses.

(1) Note. This subject matter is distinct from and does not

include eyeglasses with conventional full size area or multifocal lenses. The lenses here are of approximately one-half or one-third normal lens area and are without lenses at the top.
