DEFINITION

Classification: 343/811

(under subclass 810) Subject matter wherein the respective arms of the doublets are connected by two straight parallel closely spaced nonradiating or noncollecting feed lines, the signal source or load being connected at one end of these lines together with structure substantially eliminating standing waves on these lines, as by terminating the end of the lines opposite the signal source or load in a resistance equal to the characteristic impedance of the lines.
