(under the class definition) Inductor devices which include a coil and a member which has at least a portion of the member formed of nonmagnetic electrically conductive material, the member being shaped so that it provides a closed electrical circuit for current induced therein.
(1) Note. The conductive member may be a closed coil, a plate, bar or slug, and need not be formed wholly of nonmagnetic material (see indented subclass 77 for relatively movable members of such construction).
