DEFINITION

Classification: 335/81

(under subclass 80) Subject matter wherein the significant armature structure includes means whereby the armature is supported in such a manner as to be freely movable within an axial cavity of a coil or within the flux field set up between pole faces. The motion may be rotary around an axis or may be generally parallel with the axis of the coil or in a plane in the direction of the axis.
