DEFINITION

Classification: 335/46

(under subclass 6) Subject matter wherein the interrupting device includes significant structure whereby (1) rebound of the contacts upon opening or closing (2) any undesirable actuation of the contacts from one condition to another, either in response to abnormal circuit conditions or by jar or shock, is prevented, or (3) whereby the operating mechanism may be positively locked against undesirable circuit opening and/or closing movement.
