DEFINITION

Classification: 335/252

(under subclass 243) Subject matter wherein the armature of the alternating current electromagnet is mounted to have a

back and forth or vibration movement responsive to the alternation of the alternating current.

(1) Note. The armature may vibrate because the electromagnet is supplied with alternating current, or the armature may vibrate because the alternating current is periodically interrupted as, for example, by an interrupter switch.
