DEFINITION

Classification: 335/221

(under subclass 220) Subject matter wherein the armature is actuated when the electromagnet is excited with a supply signal of a predetermined frequency or range of frequencies.

(1) Note. This subclass includes electromagnets with armature in which the armature is actuated in response to a predetermined change or shift in frequency.
