(under subclass 2) Subject matter wherein at least a portion of the magnetic actuating structure of the switch device, usually the flux source or winding, consists of a portion of a bus bar or other conductor which comprises an integral part of the external circuit which is to be controlled. For example; the switch device may be directly attached to a bus bar in such a manner as to utilize the magnetic flux field surrounding the bus bar upon the passage of current therethrough to control an armature or other contact actuating means.
