(under subclass 31) Subject matter wherein the meter is combined with an optical and/or shading device.

(1) Note. Usually the optical and/or shading device is connected directly to the meter movement in such a manner as to cause a beam of light or a shadow to be cast upon a fixed scale thus giving an indication of the tuning of the resonant circuit.
