Leaky lines:

(under subclass 236) Subject matter wherein the long line carries a travelling wave which is lightly coupled to a series of leakage apertures to create a concentrated, uniform, radiation field in the immediate vicinity of the aperture.

(1) Note. Many of the patents in this subclass are directed towards radiating energy from a coaxial cable in a building, tunnel, or mine and/or for vehicle communication.
