Connecting rod:

(under subclass 600) Subject matter wherein the gauge contacts (a) an internal combustion engine connecting rod or (b) a connecting rod pin in the bore of the rod to test some geometrical relationship with respect to the rod or rod pin.

(1) Note. Gauges of this subclass type may test for the straightness of the connecting rod, the parallelism of the crankshaft bore and the piston pin bore, or the offset portions of the connecting rod.
