Square and pivoted straightedge:

(under subclass 403) Subject matter comprising means establishing at least one right angle and one or more straightedge members angularly adjustable on the right angle means.

(1) Note. A square is a device having two straightedges at a 90 deg. angle to each other, the straightedges being of substantial length. A rule is comprised of a single straightedge member of determinate length and does not function as a square of this subclass type.
