(under the class definition) Discharge devices which have a body other than an electrode, placed adjacent to the discharge space and which is designed to be heated to incandescence by the space discharge.
(1) Note. The body which is designed to be heated to incandescence is not designed to be connected into the
circuit in any way but is only a light emitting body.
