(under subclass 11) Subject matter in which a control means is provided for controlling the operation of the temperature modifying means.
(1) Note. Included in this subclass are discharge devices in casings provided with apertures which are controlled by thermostatic means so as to regulate the amount of cooling air which flows over the discharge device. If the thermostatic means controls an electric circuit which in turn controls an electric circuit which in turn controls
electrical means for controlling the apertures, the patent is excluded from this class and will be found in Class 315. See the reference to class 315 below.
