70.~ Load transfer without paralleling sources


DEFINITION

Classification: 307/70

(under subclass 43) Subject matter relating to the transfer of a load from one source to another source without loss of energy to the load and without the paralleling of the two sources.

(1) Note. The two sources, for example, may be connected to the load by means of current limiting impedances which are varied in opposite directions, so that the load is transferred smoothly from one source to the other source.
