DEFINITION

Classification: 30/429

(under subclass 400) Device including an actuating handle that is lever-like, and including provision to establish a pivot point which (1) may be established by contact between the container and a portion of the handle engaging the container or (2) may be between the handle and a reaction member engaging the container, which device is intended to cut an continuous path in a series of cutting strokes wherein the pivot point is progressively translated relative to the container.
