(under subclass 194) Shears which have means (1) so related to an edge as to prevent cutting other than in a desired manner, (2) to cause the shears to move in a predetermined relation to the material being cut, (3) to cause the material being cut to move in a predetermined relation to the shears, (4) to protect the hand from injury by either the shears or the material being cut, and/or (5) comprising a work table or other support for the material being cut.
