(under subclass 68) Device wherein means are provided to effect independently both vertical movement of the bottom and interrelated relative movement of the leg or footrest with respect to the bottom, and a single means is provided to effect or permit both motions.
(1) Note. Included herein are barber and dental chairs which permit an attendant to effect the various adjustments by a single handle which in selected positions releases or actuates the lock on the interrelated rests, actuates a pump to raise the chair, or actuates a release valve to lower the chair.
