DEFINITION

Classification: 297/227

(under subclass 219.1) Device in which a portion of the seating device covered includes an armrest.

(1) Note. Included in this subclass is an armrest cover which forms a separate section from the remaining bottom or back cover, but may be detachably secured to the bottom or back cover when placed on the seating device.

(2) Note. Accessories for an armrest, such as armrest covers, are also included in this class.
