(under subclass 216.1) Device having a bottom and a back which are continuously formed or joined together to form a unit, and a means to mount the unit to a vehicle's structure, wherein the mounting means is configured to permit the bottom and back to move together, in response to excessive force, in a manner such that their positions relative to each other are unchanged.
