DEFINITION

Classification: 294/82.15

Driven positioning means:

(under subclass 82.1) Load engaging hooks and additionally including means to move the hook in either a vertical and/or or rotary motion for the purpose of (1) precisely orienting or locating the hook relative to the load or (2) for orienting and/or locating the combined hook and load with respect to a surface or other object, to provide for a specific spatial orientation therebetween.
