(under subclass 14.2) Vehicles which include an upwardly extending hand grasping bar which may be manipulated to effect some device for steering the runner.
(1) Note. The device may simply be a lever for flexing the runner.
(2) Note. This subclass includes scooter type vehicles with runners.
