Having concentric coaxial spring between plural confining means for radial force:

(under subclass 140.11) Structure wherein the resilient means is an elastomeric or like spring radially disposed between two approximately concentric rigid tubular members with the energy from the vibrating component being applied not parallel to the central axis of the tubular members and the resilient means.

(1) Note. Many of the devices included herein and the indented subclass have an inner tube which extends approximately all the way through the outer tube.
