DEFINITION

(under subclass 161) Device wherein one of the relatively adjustable parts includes a vertically extending rod or tube, and the other part carries a surrounding annular washer which is movable from a tilted holding position in which top and bottom opposite sides of the washer grip opposite sides of the bar or tube, to a horizontal release position in which the rod is fully slidable within the washer.
