DEFINITION

Classification: 246/37

(under subclass 36) Systems in which one or both of the traction-rails are divided into sections by insulated joints, the rails being made continuous for the return of the super-imposed direct propulsion-current by inductance-bonds or similar devices, which by impedance prevent the passage of the alternating signal-circuit.

26, 34+, 41+, 58+, 95, 98, 128+, and 130, for track-circuit systems.

35, and 36, for the superposition of propulsion-current upon alternating track-circuit currents.

42, 43 and 61, for the superposition of propulsion-current upon direct track-circuit currents.
