DEFINITION

Classification: 232/43.3

(under subclass 43.1) Receptacles having structure associated with the receptacle or the closures thereof for moving the deposited matter within the receptacle. Such motion may be a mere rotation on a rotating inner support or a movement towards or through one of the openings.

(1) Note. This subclass includes trap type closure structures only when the trap supports the deposited matter while it remains in the receptacle.
