Perpendicular partitions are part of a single sheet of material:
(under subclass 120.02) Subject matter wherein the box includes at least two partitions which are formed by folding a unitary sheet of material and which extend at a right angle to one another.
(1) Note. Two separate partitions which were originally
portions of the same sheet of material but have been cut apart are not included here.
