Responsive to a condition or position of a staple magazine:
(under subclass 175.2) Device wherein said means to prevent motion precludes motion of said part in response to the presence or absence of a staple magazine, (e.g., whether the staples are properly loaded with a magazine), or a specific condition of said magazine (e.g., the number of remaining staples in said cartridge).
