DEFINITION

Classification: 225/76

(under subclass 6) Devices in which the blade is immovably attached to a support and a wound supply package is rotatably mounted on the support with its axis substantially parallel to the blade edge and is constantly urged to move toward the blade as the radius of the package is diminished.
