The general subclass for pointed instruments having an eye, hook or equivalent to attach to a thread, tape, or the like, for sewing, threading, or attaching the thread to a fabric.
(1) Note. This subclass includes button setting apparatus having an eye or hook which engages a button-eye or button-attaching thread means. See (2) Note under subclass 44 above.
