(under the class definition) Dispensers having either or both (1) means to jacket a material conveying conduit, or (2) means to provide a nonmaterial discharging inert atmosphere for the material to be dispensed, including means to evacuate gases from the container.
(1) Note. The inert atmosphere may be provided by means to conserve the gases in the container by bells with seals or by storage containers, or by otherwise preventing free exhaust of such gases during refilling.
(2) Note. The inert atmosphere may be chemically inert, i.e., not reactive chemically with the material to be dispensed, or it may be one which is not combustible with the vapors given off by the material.
