(1) Note. The space between the dispenser and the outer casing must not be for removable storage of articles or other material but merely for dead air or nonremovable material. Where such a space stores matter for dispensing or for other types of removal, classification is in this class, in subclasses 92+ and especially in subclasses 97+ where the spaced covering provides a nondispensing compartment.
