DEFINITION

(under subclass 200) Devices, wherein the closure includes an elastic or rubber like portion intended to be penetrated by a hollow needle or like means through which the contents of the receptacle may be removed. The elastic or rubber like portion seals itself about the needle when inserted, and likewise, seals itself after the needle has been withdrawn.
