(under subclass 175) Device wherein the article-supporting element is repositionable within an element-supporting framework in an up-and-down direction to one of a plurality of usable positions.
(1) Note. In this subclass an article-supporting element is positioned manually in one of an infinitely variable (within the limits of vertical adjustment) positions, and is locked in place, usually by friction means.
